Decide with evidence, even when data is imperfect.
Focus on what’s central; push the rest to the periphery.

About me
I've spent over 20 years working in design — the last 12 focused on early-stage startups and B2B SaaS. Environments where design lives alongside uncertainty, decisions are made in motion, and real impact matters more than theory.
Before designing, I make sure I have clarity on which metric we need to move, for which segment, and what we know versus what we assume. If that clarity doesn't exist, I build it with the team. That context defines whether I start with research, problem definition, or go straight to solution — and which tools I use to reach the goal.
I've worked both as a solo designer and as a product lead, supporting founders and teams through different stages of growth. That experience gave me the judgment to prioritize well, build with intent, and approach design as part of a broader system — not as decoration.
I have a trained eye for visual refinement. Even with modern design systems and AI tools, the gap between 'working' and 'right' still requires judgment — and that's where I stay sharp.
